With Version 2 more tasks are automated than ever before. Submitters can work from KIOSK stations virtually unsupervised. They can submit, resubmit and resubmit again, and still ONLY the correct talk goes through the system. And, earlier versions are automatically saved in a special The Presenter Recycle bin for retrieval by staff if necessary. All openings and savings are recorded from the KIOSK mode to track submission activity.

 

More Reporting! In the Manager mode you can now see records of all submissions made for any presentation. And, a one-button click outputs the entire database to an MS Excel sheet for review after the conference.

  Who Uses The Presenter?  
 

 

If you're reading this then you have likely witnessed presentations that have been lost by technicians, or not displayed correctly. Unfortunately, this happens all the time. In general, audiovisual companies do not take responsibility for the presentation - only the projector! And, there can be significant inconsistencies in technical abilities from venue to another, and from one city to another.

  The Speaker Ready Room  
  In the speaker ready room, there are two configurations. The first is a Self-Loading and Review Kiosk, which allows presenters to submit, make changes and re-submit presentations with little or no assistance from A/V Technicians. The second speaker ready configuration is a full Management Console, which includes tools for speaker ready, reporting and distribution. The third configuration of The PresenterTM software is the Show mode, which is a minimized program module that launches the presentations in PowerPoint ‘show mode’, eliminating the need for technicians to start presentations.

Typically, medical and association meetings pose two unique challenges with regard to session presentations. First, there are usually quite a large number of PowerPoint presentations that have to be submitted, checked and distributed to multiple session rooms. Second, these large numbers of presentations are from numerous sources, where coordination and integration is generally nonexistent.
