servers are on a high performance, fully redundant IP
network with flexible bandwidth and fault tolerant software
utilizing Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) to guarantee
100% uninterrupted transit to the internet. Our systems
run on Linux Operating Systems, Apache Web servers,
MySQL Database, with PHP, Java and HTML program coding.
Automatic backup and failsafe switchover protocols are
well established and monitored 24 hours. We have never
experienced a breach of security.

Our
servers are housed in state-of-the-art facilities with
uninterrupted power supply and emergency diesel generator
power, redundant air-conditioning, air flow management
and fire suppression systems, and anti-static flooring.
Closed Circuit Television, personalized access cards and
highly secure man traps ensure only authorized personnel
have facility access. All door access is monitored, recorded
and time stamped on an individual card basis. The Network
Operations Centre is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
and security officers are present in all locations round-the-clock. |
