The Self-loading Kiosk station makes it
possible for presenters to submit Microsoft PowerPoint presentations with
little or no technical assistance. The application does the entire file
re-naming, saving and linking necessary. The PresenterTM automatically
locates files in directories harmonized with the agenda for each specific
conference,

automatically creates a database with
information and organizes it for quick reference and reporting.
Information on the presenting activity of the individual group is
enormously valuable in measuring the speaker ready activity and developing

manually by a designated operator, or a hyperlink page was created in an
attempt to manage these tasks. Both of these methods are riddled with
inconsistencies, leaving the session vulnerable to countless miscues and
technical delays. There is also the expense of staffing an A/V Technician

automates the sequencing and display of all of the PowerPoints - by
individual session.

Everyone who has ever presented a paper at a medical or association
conference has experienced problems with their PowerPoint not displaying
correctly, or having the wrong version of their talk displaying
in the session room! Given the huge volume of PowerPoint presentations at
conferences it is not difficult to image how complex the task is of
taking submissions, organizing them into a file structure corresponding the
the specific conference, checking and fixing technical issues, integrating
re-submissions or changes to presentations, and then distributing talks to
