Room to submit and test presentation.

extends total Presentation Management through to the session
rooms. PowerPointTM collection to Projection! The PresenterTM
Show Mode accesses the same database as the computers in the
speaker ready room, maintaining up to the moment accuracy
through to each session room. Cueing is automatic and 100%
correct!

longer do you need to have expensive technicians in every

From individual computer
configuration to extensive onsite networks, our expertise is
outstanding. It was One World Presentation Management Ltd. who
pioneered the Networked Speaker Ready Room to where is quickly
becoming the standard installation at conferences. Presenters
enjoy the convenience of previewing and fine-tuning their
presentations in a central location, for subsequent distribution
to session rooms. All presentations are stored on a central
server and distributed through the facility network to a
specially configured presentation computer in each session room.

infrastructure brings the

MS Server and applications to bear on any venue in the quickest, most

Online Submissions |

Once a presentation is uploaded, speakers can
visit the on-site Speaker Ready Room to make any necessary
changes to and/or practice their presentation.
At One World
Presentation Management Ltd., our online submission system not
only gives presenters access to our presentation management
team, but, it also allows groups to conduct collaborative
meetings prior to the conference, including viewing and editing
submitted presentations through the internet. Through the
administrative access, clients can view the progress of
submissions, add presenters to the database and a number of
other tasks through our easy, intuitive administrative
interface.

We take security very
seriously. We configure all of our systems to ensure the highest
level of protection against hacker and virus attacks.
Our systems run on Linux
Operating Systems, Apache Web servers, and MySQL Database in the
PHP environment. Automatic backup and failsafe switchover
protocols are well established and monitored 24 hours. We have
never experienced a breach of security. |

performance, fully redundant IP network with flexible bandwidth
and fault tolerant software utilizing Hot Standby Router
