Online Presentation Management

Online Presentation Management describes our service package for collecting,  fixing, organizing, and packaging all of the PowerPoint presentations for delivery to your conference.

The skill levels of the A/V technicians across the country vary as much as the locations themselves. Our Online Presentation Management Packages assures you of the highest level of presentation management and organization regardless of your conference location or budget. By having our experts collect, organize and review the talks through the internet (we were the first to design and implement an internet presentation upload system) we can subject talks to our complete array of tests and checks without any of the expense of travel and accommodation, or, overtime. Plus, you enjoy the confidence of knowing you are getting the highest level of technical skill in the industry!

 

Once we have completed our work, we burn the entire set of organized presentation files onto CD ROM or DVD and ship to the conference location. Our deadlines can be worked out to suit your organization, but, we find that a deadline for submissions of 1 week prior to the first day of the conference provides an acceptable time frame for most organizations.

 

Plus, our personnel can go onsite to set up and then leave as soon as your conference is smoothly underway.

How ON Line Speaker Ready Integrates with ON Site

 

All of the speaker ready work and organization is performed on the presentations submitted in advance of the meeting. Then, these files are transferred to the computers on site a the conference venue and the personnel simply resume with new submissions and changes. The files arrive in the exact format and file structure that is optimal for distribution and projection.

And, our system is partially based on efficiencies which result in cost savings at several key stages. First, advance submission allows for a managed workflow. Then, when technical issues arise, we have the ability to contact the presenters involved to gather additional information or files prior to the presenter leaving home. The upload system automatically pre-sorts presentations into the correct sessions for quick organization when the time factor becomes crucial -within days of the meeting. Then, using our custom software, we are able to review and make corrections to large numbers of PowerPoint files at a very quick pace.
