  Administration Features :   
 
1   AccessONETM Secure Entry – Password-protected user log in.
2   The Administrative Portal allows full view of every submitted abstract, including all contact information and submission content.
3   The Administrative Main Listing/Search Portal allows full view of every submitted abstract, complete or incomplete. It is an easy to use multiple search parameters allow filtering of the abstracts based on those parameters. Main listing page reveals the following data on all submitted abstracts:
   
  a. Abstract ID number
  b. Title
  c. Presenting Author’s first and last name
  d. Presentation Preference
  e. Incomplete/Complete status
  f. Acceptance/Rejection status
4   Detail Abstract Page. This page displays all detailed data of the submission.
   
  a. Allows for assignment of a new custom abstract ID number
  b. Shows existing abstract ID number and title
  c. Shows all author information; authors list, presenting and additional author’s full contact information and the corresponding authors.
  d. Shows all abstract data with editing capabilities.
  e. Shows the review ratings
  f. Administration information
   
  i. Ability to change the presentation preference
  ii. ability to add presentation time
  iii. Accept/reject options.
  iv. Email notification option for alerting incomplete submitters or for follow up or clarification purposes.
  v. The Administrator can add comments to individual abstract submissions.
  vi. Administrator can delete abstracts from the system.
5   Submitter’s History
    Administrators can view the submission history of any authors whose name is listed on new submissions. The “Details” page of each submission will display the data from previous submissions by that author such as acceptance status, presentation preference, review scores and all abstract details including viewing of Curriculum Vitas.
6   Statistics Chart
    Complete, up to minute statistics report of all activity at your fingertips. This chart displays the totals and percentages of partial and completed submissions, completed and non completed reviews, and rejected, accepted, reserved and unconsidered. There is even an advanced filter option to view activity by subjects and presentation preferences.
7   Control Submissions
    Often the submission close date is a variable that requires last-minute adjustment. This feature allows administrators to not only set the time and date for submissions to close, but even allows for podium submissions to close a different date than poster submissions. And, administrators can close the site to all submissions with a customized, automatically posted message to visitors to the web site.
8   Broadcast Email is a user-friendly mass email function that provides quick communication with submitters.
   
  a. Allows for attachment
  b. Can filter recipients based on the following:
   
  i. Presentation preference
  ii. Status (accepted, rejected, reserved)
  iii. User type (submitter or reviewer)
  iv Preview / Testing purposes
  c. Formatting Tool bar
  d. Preview option
     
9   Broadcast Email Log
    Records and lists date, subject, and target type, number of recipients and message of every broadcast email sent.
10   Email Templates
    Create your own templates. And, save your messages for reuse for later, or, for following year.
11   Administrative Settings
    Allows for administrators to change contact information for:
   
  a. Submission confirmation email
  b. Association email support forms
  c. Notification to submitters
12   Manage Reviewers
    Reviewer account identities (with passwords and assignment of abstracts for review), is all managed here. Administrators can assign a range of abstracts or list abstract numbers ID’s to selected reviewers. The Review Setup Wizard also makes provisions for abstract assignment based on subject or presentation preference. It even lists the abstracts and the number of total abstracts assigned to each reviewer. And, Administrators can easily toggle on or off the option for either blind review (author information hidden) or an open review. Links to directly email to individual reviewers
13   Assignment List
    Lists reviewers assigned to each abstract by abstract number. Administrators can make quick comparisons of the review load and make adjustments to the distribution of abstracts requiring review.
14   Progress Report
    This report displays individual reviewer progress by reviewer name. This data can be conveniently printed to hard copy. Links to directly email to individual reviewers
15   Scores and Comments
   
a. A ‘live’, up to the minute, tabulation page offers quick insight into all reviews, the scores, the comments, and the averages made by all reviewers.
b. This enables automatic sorting of the reviews by abstract id, author last name, reviewer last name, total score or average score.
c. A single button-click downloads the results of the review tabulation page in MS Excel format for printing.
16   Presentation Preferences
    Allows administrator to edit, close and delete presentation preferences and how they appear on the submission pages, even after submissions have begun.
17   Subject Preferences
    Allows administrators to edit, close and delete subjects and how they appear on the submission pages, even after submissions have begun.
18   Custom Reports
    Powerful Form Wizard where Administrators can create their own reports and data outputs based on a choice of parameters from their system. These reports can be printed in excel, word or HTML.
19   Report Templates
   
  a. Standard reporting capabilities include: download to MS Excel, Word and PDF documents that include all database information such as all author data, all abstract data, only abstracts accepted etc. A link for creating one complete Adobe Acrobat (PDF) that holds all submitted abstracts or only accepted abstracts.
  b. Output to pre-formatted forms is a one button-click procedure, available at any time throughout the process.
  c. Conference Syllabus Printing. The One World system outputs the syllabus in a standard format for printing or electronic distribution. Custom formatting to a specific form is available, and we would request a copy of a previous year’s syllabus format in order to determine any customization requirements.
20   Administrative Menu Links –They include:
   
  a. Main Menu link - allows users to quickly access the specific submission page that they need to review or edit.
  b. Email Support Form link – enables the user to email directly to the association or to OWPM for support help depending on the content of the request.
  c. Logout link – logs reviewer out of system immediately, clearing their web browser
  d. Submission site link. This link exists to provide easy access to the submissions site for administrators to add a new submission.
