Agenda Scheduler is an online
tool that is designed to ease the task of building the conference
program once the rating of abstracts is completed. Integrated
with the Abstract Management System, the calendar-styled Conference
Agenda Scheduler makes it easy to create sessions using the presentation
titles and author information. Output to MS Excel and Word.
Our
Acceptance Forms
is a set of forms designed to collect supplemental information
appropriate to users who have had their abstracts accepted by
conference administrators. This tool collects a formal commitment
to abide by all of the regulations of the organization and to
appear at the meeting to present the talk for the abstract accepted.
Audiovisual requests, hotel information, CV’s, and one customizable
form are also included. |

switchover protocols are well established and monitored

facilities with uninterrupted power supply and emergency diesel
generator power, redundant air-conditioning, air flow management

All door access is monitored, recorded and time stamped on an individual
