Pack
and Go is a feature of PowerPoint that was designed to make
it easy for users to export and transport their presentation
for use on computer other than the one used to create the
talk. For medical presenters, this is a useful tool for
packing up your presentation to bring to a conference. It is
particularly useful if you cannot easily locate your linked
video clips because Pack and Go automatically located each
separate component of your presentation and “wraps it all
up” into a single file that you can send to the conference
audio visual staff.
