PRINTING OPTIONS
PowerPoint
does make provision for printing different forms of your
presentation. This module will focus on creating a paper copy of
the presentation that you can use for review and approval,
therefore the print function we aim to achieve here is the one
that will most closely resemble the viewing experience one would
have on the computer or large screen.
To Print your Presentation
-
From
the Menu Bar, select File, Print.
-
Confirm
that "All" is selected
-
If
you wish to print in colour, de‑select Black & White.
-
Select Frame Slides.
To Print (Audience)
Handouts
-
Repeat
steps 1‑3 above
-
In
the Print What box,
select Handouts
-
Select
either the 2, 3 or
6 slides per page option

Note:
By
default, PowerPoint selects "All" in the Print Range.
If Current Slide is
selected, only the actual page in the work view, or the page
selected in the Slide Sorter View will be printed.
If Slides is selected, the
box to the right of the checkmark becomes active; you then print
the range of slides you want printed, i.e. 12 ‑
23.
